At PurePaw™, we are committed to providing high-quality products for pets and their owners. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team with your order number and, if applicable, photos showing the issue.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, PurePaw™ will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened pet food or treats

  • Used pet products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
